WAREHOUSE RECEIPT--PROVISION NOTICE OF CLAIM AND SUIT FILING
No action shall be brought against a warehouseman for loss or injury to the goods stored before the lapse of [Lapse of time] days after filing with it an itemized written proof of claim, and not later than [Period of time] after the accrual of such claim or cause of action.
